Senior DevOps Engineer

We are always seeking for new Senior DevOps Engineers to join our team. DevOps and Development is our bread and butter and we are very focused on those positions, we hire only the best people across the globe and work with clients in Israel, the EU, and Asia. Our headquarter is in Israel, Tel-Aviv.

You will excel if you have

  • 5+ years with DevOps practices
  • Experience with AWS Amazon
  • Experience with IaC tools like Terraform
  • Proven experience with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Experience with CI/CD tools
  • Experience with Helm and Helm chart customization
  • Experience implementing GitOps tools like ArgoCD/FluxCD and a strong understanding of modern Git flow
  • Good knowledge of logging systems (ELK, EFK, Loki/Promtail)
  • Good knowledge of modern monitoring solutions (Prometheus)
  • Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of Bash/Python
  • Excellent Linux\UNIX skills and experience with running high-available applications
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Talent Acquisition Specialist / IT recruiter

Main goal

To hire the best talents in the DevOps field across the globe. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Actively search for DevOps and Developers positions worldwide.
  • Maintain applicant and job posting data in recruiting software. We use Monday.
  • Participate in job description writing.
  • Constantly do a screening of the Job Market, understand its needs, salary requirements, and tech attitude. 
  • Post, control, and monitor job ads on multiple platforms.
  • Actively use LinkedIn for a job search. 
  • Use automation tools.
  • Manage the onboarding process for candidates (scheduling interviews, participating in interviews, corresponding with candidates)
  • Actively work with Team Leads and make sure they do interview your candidates.
  • Conduct 1st interview to introduce the company to the candidate.
  • Use tools like Slack, LinkedIn, Monday, WhatsApp, Telegram, job posting sites, personal networking, and other creative methods for sourcing candidates.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-time recruiting experience.
  • Excellent English both verbal and written.
  • You like to work with candidates, understand them, and recognize their talents.
  • Proven experience successfully recruiting for and filling IT (DevOps) positions.
  • Positive and inspiring attitude — can present and describe the company well to new candidates to increase their interest.
  • Good time-management skills, able to handle 3+ open positions simultaneously.
  • Ability to solve problems, and creative thinking for finding talented individuals.
  • Positive, communicative, result-oriented.
  • You are available most of the time via Slack, Telegram, and WhatsApp and ready to answer any questions you may have from candidates any time of day or night.

Recruitment process

We always looking for high-quality engineers to help us build next-generation solutions. Present in Israel and Georgia, our team creates best-in-class software solutions and provides industry-recognized service for all kinds of companies and start-ups in every sector.

STEP 1: Recruiter call

An initial conversation with one of our recruiters to understand your background, experience, and career goals. This is a non-technical interview that also assesses communication skills and alignment with our company values. Typically takes 20-30 minutes.

STEP 2: First technical interview

A detailed discussion with a technical expert to evaluate your core technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Expect to dive into real-world scenarios, and test your design skills and architect approach. Duration: 60–90 minutes.

STEP 3: Second Technical Interview

A deeper technical assessment with more practical focus, and problem-solving. This interview will include review of a code base with deep discussions about IaC, Container images, CI/CD tools, and K8S. Duration: 60–90 minutes.

STEP 4: HR Closing Meeting

A final meeting with HR to review the process, discuss logistics, and address any remaining questions. This step ensures clarity on both sides before moving forward. Duration: 30 minutes.

STEP 5: Getting the offer

Congratulations! You passed all checks and we are welcoming you in joining our cozy team. This is the most simple and boring step :) We just exchange some personal data, signing contracts, papers, NDA, etc. Boring...

Discussing official start date, and some additional perks or requirements from your side or ours. We do provide our equipment or amount of money equivalent to its price in your country.
